Coliving means enjoying more space and friendly encounters. To keep it pleasant for everyone, please respect the shared areas and treat them as you would at home.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house and rooms. Not at the window either (the smell stays). Please smoke only outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a closed bag, then in the outdoor bins.
The rooms are soundproofed, but the street can echo. From 11 pm, please lower the volume (music, TV) and respect the sleep of neighbors and other guests.
Please keep your room tidy: no food waste on the floor, no appliances left lying around (hairdryers, etc.), and leave shared equipment clean (microwave, coffee machine, etc.).
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
In summer, if the terrace is accessible, please remember that guests staying in rooms with skylights can easily hear loud conversations. After 10 pm, be as discreet as cats tiptoeing across the roof 🐾 —so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
Please respect safety rules and do not unplug any cables connected to the wall outlets.
Additional outlets as well as a power strip in the lounge are provided for you to plug in your devices.
